Group Company annually performance review and working plan conference held successfully

On February 26, 2019, Group Company annually performance review and working plan conference was held in group headquarters. Chairman Huang Bokang, management team and more than 250 team leaders attended the meeting.


There are four agendas for this meeting. First, Japanese business consultant, Mr. Furukawa did a corporate management training; second, it was performance reviews that was reported by the heads of subsidiary companies and operation departments; third, Mr. Feng Hanhui, the board director and group chief executive officer, on behalf of the group company did a “Working Report”; at the end, Mr. Huang gave a speech entitled "Winning means getting the talented people".


At the begun, based on fully affirmed the Fareach management philosophy, group Japanese business consultant, Mr. Furukawa shared his corporate management experience, including Business operation, internal management and lean production.


After sharing, the heads of subsidiary companies and operation departments reported on their working achievement, problems and planning.


The third agenda of the conference is "Working Report", reported by the board director and group chief executive officer, Mr. Feng Hanhui. This report summarized Fareach Group annually performance, covered the aspects of sales profit, enterprise development, moderate diversification and internal management. Mr. Feng pointed out that it was not easy to achieve sales and profits growth in 2018, especially in the grim economic environment; facing up to the rapid development of our company, we increased equipment investment that we can chose higher standard, higher positioning, more advanced, more automatic and intelligent equipments. For the internal management, we raised employees’ salary, added working-year subsidies and attendance bonus, according to Mr. Huang’s working concept "high-salary, high-standard"; as to design and research area, the new product bid winning rate has risen to the industry forefront(per capita bid winning ratio is the first in the industry).


When talking about the planning for 2019, Mr. Feng pointed out that in 2019, Fareach Group will continue to follow the "keep the quick and steady pace to progress" working concept, grasping the new round of development opportunities to step up a new stage. “Marketing is key point”, “Building a strong and talented team”, “standardize enterprise management” and “diversified development”, these four aspects are the keystones for work arrangement next year. When he talking about Fareach printing, Mr. Feng stressed that it is necessary to learn wolf spirit-never give up- to run after "Four China first", high-end market and customer service; in the next year, we will build Larger and better production platform what provide sufficient hardware for "Four China first"; In terms of human resources management, it is clearly and resolutely to promote Fareach spirit, establish integrity and advanced culture. To further development, we will increase the introduction of top talents in the industry; mentioned standardization construction, we must continue to promote in-depth rethink, training assessment, executive force and supervision.


In the fourth agenda, Mr. Huang gave a speech entitled "Winning means getting the talented people". In his speech, Mr. Huang pointed out the direction of Fareach group by analyzing the current situation from three aspects “Talent is fundamental, Marketing is the head, and Management is the key”.


"Talent is fundamental" was divided into 3 dimensions by Mr. Huang: the history of company growth is a history of talents; the value-added of talents is the most important value-added of enterprises; the key to the success or failure is talents. For changing the current situation, a standardized and practical Long-range Human Resources Program must be planned and executed strictly. When talking about "Marketing is the head ", Mr. Huang stressed that our history of success is a history about marketing effort. The secret of being "Four China first" is our marketing team and high-end market. In the Fareach, we admired the Wolf Spirit that we are establishing a marketing team with a distinct wolf culture: loyalty, tenacity, cooperation, and the spirit of never give up. Afterward, Mr. Huang pointed out that "Management is the key" means that the history of management is a history of change. Product and service quality are the core, which is concerns about enterprise’s life and death. Lazy to learn is the biggest barrel for our progress, so that we must become an open-learning enterprise. In the end, Mr. Huang said that today's Fareach is not the Fareach of yesterday. The tomorrow’s Fareach is not the Fareach of today. It is necessary that everyone is prepared for the future challenge so we can walk side by side with our group.
